The Vivo T4 5G smartphone uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset; its size is 4nm and its maximum clock speed is 2.5 GHz. It has Adreno 810 graphics. The RAM type is LPDDR4X, and the storage type is UFS 2.2 version. There is also an option of up to 8GB of virtual RAM to give the phone extra speed.
