Tecno Pova Curve 2 specifications: Pova Curve 2 features the world’s slimmest curved AMOLED screen and a massive 8000 mAh battery. Processor and Performance
The Curve 2 features a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, built on a 6nm process and clocked at up to 2.4GHz. It uses LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. While this may make it even faster, it may not have virtual RAM, which is a good thing if it did. However, 8GB of RAM is sufficient for almost all users. In everyday use, Poova Churve 2, like scrolling on social media or video calls, multitasking, and editing, is all easily handled. The phone feels smooth, without any lag.
It can handle light and mid-range gaming with ease, and you can play high-end games at low settings. Continuous gaming may cause some heating. Compared to other phones around this price, performance is solid and balanced.
Tecno Pova Curve 2 specifications include a 6.78-inch screen size and a 2D curved AMOLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. The screen reaches 4500 nits of peak brightness and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. Gorilla Glass 7i protects it. The phone also has an IP64 rating, making it resistant to minor dust and water splashes. This curved-screen device offers a premium feel in the hand. It supports dual nano-SIM cards and supports 20-band 5G. It features a G1 signal-enhanced chip for enhanced network performance. A dedicated chip is used to enhance Wi-Fi. The SE1 Enhanced Chip provides Dolby Atmos sound quality in the bottom-mounted stereo speakers and USB Type-C audio with dual microphones. Connecting headphones and OTG requires using USB Type-C. Infrared ports are also available.
The phone runs on Android 16 with HiOS 16. The interface is smooth, but some apps come pre-installed. Tecno’s update policy is average, with limited Android updates.
This is the most striking and attractive feature of this phone. It has a large 8000 mAh battery, which easily lasts more than a day. 45W fast charging is decent, but it lacks wireless or reverse charging support.
The rear camera is a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The secondary camera is a 2-megapixel depth camera for portrait shots. The front camera features an 8-megapixel selfie camera with an LED flash.
