As far as we’ve heard, the Vivo X300 FE will come in two RAM and storage variants: 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB internal storage. The Vivo X300 FE features a large 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and high resolution, which makes its visual performance very smooth. It’s powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, running Android 16 as the operating system. There’s also a 12 GB RAM option, which is clearly visible.

The Vivo X300 FE is believed to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which was launched in December 2025. It will primarily target customers who want a good device on a budget.
